You agree that monthly payment plans for any product or resource are your full obligation and cannot be cancelled at any time during the term of the plan. Online scholarships may be structured on a month-to-month basis and your obligation is for the month of service.

When your church/organization enrolls in the CMU Grow program, your church/organization will have access to the Church Marketing University and Grow advertising campaigns (including Google Ad Campaigns, Facebook Ad Campaigns, Facebook Chatbots, Ministry First Marketing Campaigns, and other advertising systems) while enrolled in Grow. We reserve the right to remove or turn off these campaigns from your account if you cancel your enrollment.

To be eligible for a Church Marketing University refund, you must submit your request before 11:59pm Central Standard Time on the 30th day following your purchase.
No refunds will be provided more than 30 days following the date of purchase. If you opted for a payment plan and you do not request a refund by the end of the 30th day, you are required to complete the remaining payments of your payment plan. All payments must be made on a timely basis.
We offer a 365-day money-back guarantee for those enrolled in the CMU Grow program. If the Grow Program does not get your church more visitors within 365 days, we’ll refund what you’ve paid us (a refund will not be offered on product rebates included in CMU Grow). In order to qualify for the 365-Day Guarantee, your church has to complete the following within 6 months: 1) secure the Google Grant so we can run your ads, and 2) complete the Visitor Growth Engine Course. Your Google Ads and Visitor Growth Engine must both be running together for 6 months to qualify.

However, we will not review or consider any unsolicited creative submissions or suggestions for topics on our blogs, podcasts, seminars or within our newsletters or products. We hope you will understand that this policy is intended to avoid the possibility of future misunderstandings in the event that ideas developed by our staff might seem to be similar to the ideas submitted to us. Accordingly, we must ask that you not send us any original creative ideas, suggestions or materials.
