In general, we don’t cancel the payment plans but we do in certain cases. If you’d like Payment Plan Assistance follow these steps:

Step 1

Make sure your account is up to date for the most recent month. If you need to, you can update your credit card on file here. This will bring your account into good standing. Then proceed to the next step.

Step 2

Fill out the CMU Payment Plan Review Form.

Step 3

Your form will be reviewed within 5-7 days. You will receive one of the following responses:

  • Your CMU payment plan has been canceled (account must be in good standing).
  • You have received a CMU scholarship.
  • Your payments have been paused.
  • A request for additional information.


If we do not have a Payment Plan Review Form on file from your church, delinquent accounts may incur additional late fees and be turned over to collection services. Need to mail in a check? Please make them to Church Marketing University and mail to:
