Church Marketing University
Ryan has many years of experience working in the trenches with the local church. He served various capacities at James River Church and was the Creative Services Director from 2006 – 2010. Ryan graduated from Evangel University with a major in Biblical Studies and a minor in Marketing. He also received his Masters Degree at Evangel in Organizational Leadership and is a licensed minister with the Assemblies of God.
Ryan has a passion to see churches grow, thrive, and reach their unique God given vision. He spent several years at AG Financial Solutions serving and consulting with churches and non-profits around the country. In 2013 Ryan and his family moved to Kansas City to be a part of the Lead Team starting Summit Park Church. Along with many other roles, Ryan has served as the Marketing Director for Summit Park where they have seen the church grow to around 1,000 people in less than three years.
Ryan is the Co-founder of Church Marketing University and the Director of Social Church. CMU and Social Church help churches reach their community in new ways.
