How do I get my ticket?

You can get your free ticket here!  It comes with all the bonuses, the workbook, easy buttons, and downloads.  Plus, you get replay access for a week!  (CMU churches have lifetime access to the replays).

I signed up, but I still don’t have my ticket.  Where is it?

Oh no!  Your ticket should have come in an email with the subject line “Ticket Confirmation – Church Marketing Conference.”  Sometimes they end up in your spam or promotions folders, so please be sure to check there!

If you still don’t see it, you can also check out this article to make sure emails from Ryan make it into your inbox.  Then text our team at 417-204-5153 to let them know you need to have your ticket resent.  If we don’t already have your mobile number on file, they may ask you for your email address so that they can identify you in our system.

When is the conference?

It’s September 29-30! We’ll be live from 10am – 4pm Central time.  You can put it on your calendar here.

Is there a way to watch or catch up if we have to miss a part of the conference?

If you miss a session, the replays will be in your conference dashboard for a week. (CMU churches get lifetime access to the replays). But you definitely want to make it to the live experience when you are able.

Where are the replays and downloads?

The replays and downloads are located inside your conference dashboard.

If you’ve signed up for a free ticket, you should have an email from Ryan with all your login details. If you’re a CMU church, just log in as normal and the conference should be at the top of your dashboard!  If you don’t have a ticket, see the instructions under, “I signed up, but I still don’t have my ticket” above.

Will there be printouts we can get printed beforehand for the conference?

No printouts, sorry. But there is a 60+ page workbook that has room for you to take your own notes. It’s available in your conference dashboard.

Does everyone on my team need a ticket?

Nope! You will all share one ticket – our system supports multiple devices logged in at the same time. We HIGHLY recommend church teams participate in the conference together, so we wanted to make that as easy as possible!

If my church has CMU, do I still need a ticket?

No! Your VIP conference experience is already included with your CMU Enrollment. That includes:

  • Lifetime access to all the sessions.
  • All the conference downloads.
  • The workbook and pro version of the speaker notes.
  • The backstage pass in the CMU Members Only Group.

We make sure that if we host an event, CMU churches get everything included in your enrollment. That even means you get access to all our past conferences.

The conference is going to be an incredible addition to CMU and we can’t wait for you to experience all we have in store!

Where do I get templates/how do I get the e-mail templates?

Check on your conference dashboard, they can all be found there.

How do I get my free SEED Sermon Bundles?

Head to the SEED website.  Be sure to use the discount code “TWOFREESEEDS.”

How do I get my 11,000 Free Sermon graphics?

Head to the MinistryDesigns website.  That’s it!

Where are the breakouts?

The breakouts are happening in our Church Marketers Facebook Group from noon-1:00 Central time both days! Check the schedule for more details.

My question still isn’t answered.  How can I talk to a real person?
