But how do you go from being a small (or nonexistent!) congregation to sharing Jesus with people?

How to Grow Your Church Congregation
This is my most popular video I’ve ever created…
It has a 7-part framework that I’ve introduced to some churches to recently and it even helped a small church get over 200 new visitors in the first 5 months.
It has over 12,000 views so far and it is the video that pastors talk about the most when I go to conferences.

How to Welcome Visitors to Your Church
I’ve done a lot of research over the years about how to attract new visitors, how to take care of them when they show up, and then how to get them to come back again.
